Below you will find a list of key areas in the Boulia township.
Council aims to provide a wide range of recreational facilities and opportunities, contributing to the health and social life of the community. Cycle paths are planned to link some parks and sportsgrounds around the local area and Council has created a Cycle Map – ‘Boulia LGA Cycle Network’ to reflect this. Plan of Management for Parks, Reserves and Sportsgrounds
A Plan of Management (PoM) is a long-term land management document for all public land classified as community land. The document describes the characteristics of the applicable land, requirements for its management and permissible uses, both now and into the future.

The Boulia Sports & Aquatic Centre boasts a large indoor and outdoor facility, allowing for a variety of sports including basketball, volleyball, netball, badminton, tennis, swimming, football and more. The centre also houses a children's playground and electric BBQ making for a great day out for the whole family.
